The Kaisha chick working up front is very incompetent. Took 10 minutes to check me out and she wouldn’t let me check out without signing up and giving my number, which I didn’t want to do. She kept insisting and then proceeded to take 5 mins to take my info.

Then she couldn’t apply the right coupon and was trying to charge me $1 more instead of what the coupon said it would cost. When I tried to bring it to her attention, she tried to lie and say that was just tax. It wasn’t the tax, she was trying to give me a lesser coupon instead.

Staff was so kind and welcoming, I was on the hunt for a bday gift and after no luck and bad experience at a different location, I was hoping this location would have what I was looking for. Not only were they willing to help find the item at a location in stock, they just so happened to have the item in the back. Everyone was so kind and polite, not only did they load the item into my vehicle for me but also ensured my husband wouldn’t receive a notification of the purchase since it’s a surprise. Cleanest most organized HF in the OKC metro. Colton has the place running like a well-oiled machine. Kaytra is an absolute STAR! She made sure I got all my discounts, was very knowledgeable and even blocked me from accidentally swiping the wrong card (which would have been an expensive mistake for me). My HF card even had an issue and she was extremely patient while I worked on it and jumped on another register to take care of other customers so they wouldn’t have to wait.
