This park is very nice. It has an excellent playground, with part of shaped like a treehouse. There are basketball and tennis courts, and plenty of field space and walking trails. There is also a spray ground here, and it's one of the more iconic ones you see in pictures of The Woodlands spray grounds with the tall flowers hunched over spraying water. Unfortunately, the last time I was there, one or two of them were broken, so I can only give it 3 stars. Most of the water worked, and the park was great, so I still recommend it. Plus, The Woodlands is pretty good about fixing things, so I don't expect the sprays to be broken for long.

Read moreParking is very convenient as it's next to the playground. The playground is also a nice size and there is a drink station for both humans and dogs nearby. Also, the restrooms are also right by the playground. A huge plus if the kiddos are still in diapers. Further in, there are several picnic tables with their own little spots and charcoal grill. There is a pavilion close to the Sprayground and this makes me think of wet and fun birthday parties in the summer. Nice, shady, lots of trees...
Read morePerfect for kids to play and adults to relax. Splash pad is in a nice open area, adjacent to the playground. Plenty of areas to sit and shade. Two different areas for bathrooms. Decent parking. Has a pavilion for renting but the site to rent it from is misleading. Says you get a 2 hour rental but really you get one hour and the next is to clean up. They also don't put a buffer between rentals. That could be better but didn't bring down the mood for my...
