Subway — Restaurant in Texas

I normally don’t leave reviews but this was almost comical so I have to. I walk in, no one was there to greet or take my order. after I waited a good 2 minutes, 2 young boys come from the back. I asked for a sandwich with wheat bread. the employee seemed to have no idea what wheat bread was. as I was pointing to it, he picked up white bread and said “this?” I said “no, the wheat, towards the bottom” then asked if I wanted parmesan after that and was laughing at me. the other coworker was laughing over this as well and I was just kinda annoyed. I felt like I was being pranked. how hard is it to know what wheat bread is. then the other employee brought up his foot and literally kicked the trey where the bread was to show the other boy which trey it was on. his literal shoe touched about 3 pieces of the wheat bread and was about to continue to make a sandwhich with this shoe touched bread. they were both giggling over this. I just said “okay i’m leaving” and left. I will never go back. it’s like they were messing with me the entire time. very immature boys. I went to another location and was much...

Over charged! Charged me for everything individually instead of as meals... When we pointed it out nicely they proceeded to give excuse after excuse and not once tryed to resolve the problem.. it wasn't about the money as it was only $5 difference. Later another guest walk up and complained about the same thing. Also asked for half tosted and got fully tosted. Staff seemed to be new and not know what they are doing.. customer spilled their drink and asked for paper towels to clean it up they hid the towels so he could not finish cleaning up the mess. They said they would clean it up, but never did while I was there. 😒

And lastly they were out of orange soda, teriyaki sauce, sweet onion sauce and a big sign saying no roasted beef.. poorly stocked and poorly...

The two young men working there a very sweet! They have good service. The only thing one of them is lacking on knowing how to cut the bread properly but what made me want to write this review is the quality on the vegetables! They taste old, nasty it’s just disgusting!! they’re not cut properly and it Seems like they have been there for weeks. Maybe you guys should cut less amount so each day the vegetables can be fresh instead of curing all the vegetables and putting them in the fridge and taking them out the next day for how ever long you guys keep serving them! It’s wrong and the management team should do better at giving customers the quality they deserve and pay for!! Very upsetting to see what subway has...
