I usually donât leave negative reviews, but because I came looking to see if my family and I were the only ones to experience what we did at this place, and saw quite a few posts proving that we werenât, I decided to leave one as well.
My family and I were on vacation, and decided to go bowling. Found this place which was close to the house we rented, and decided to give it a shot.
From the moment we walked up to the front desk to get our shoes and pay, we were greeted with nothing but nasty attitudes from both women working. The one smaller woman, who waited on us was extremely nasty and cold. Every thing we asked her, was met with an attitude! Eye rolling, nasty tone of voice, just rude and disrespectful!
I initially tried to ignore it and walked off, but then my grown children came up to me and asked why she was getting so smart. And then I realized I never got my question answered, because I didnât want to keep dealing with her. But then I got upset. We paid our money, and chose their establishment, and deserved to be treated and spoken to with RESPECT!
So I went back up to the counter, and said, âI still didnât get my question answered,â and thatâs when I clearly saw her roll her eyes, as she walked slowly back over to me. I asked her if everything was ok, and if she was âgood,â and she put on her fake smile and said âyeah, why?â once she noticed I was upset! She then tried to play âMs. Innocent,â as If she had no clue what I was talking about. I let her know she seemed to have an attitude and was talking to me disrespectfully, and I was NOT the one for it! And she went on to say she was sorry and she didnât know what she did wrong, and said she was trying to explain things to us, etc⊠STILL IN A NASTY TONE WAVING HER HANDS AROUND, and I said, âSee! Right there! You hear how youâre talking to me?!â Again she played the innocent act, and so I told her it could just be her personality, and just the way she was, but the more I thought about it, and remembered her body language and eye rolling, etc. the more I realized she was basically an ignorant, miserable, nasty soul! Even my kids and husband noticed how nasty she was.
However the people working the food section were pretty nice. We were short like a quarter and the woman told us not to worry about it, when I went to go get my purse.
The bowling lane kept getting jammed, but they got it back working pretty fast each time, and overall we had a great time bowling.
I would not recommend this place to anyone though. There are definitely much better...

I ended my first night of family vacay with lousy experience in this place!
I was aware that the previous reviews are super old so i called them in advance to ask if they are still doing the same deal; $9 for two games and shoe, The woman on the phone told me âyesâ i asked again to confirm and she again said yes. But when I actually showed up in 30mins, 3 famale employee all denied that they received the call. I had their number on my phone log but they acted like its not their number and had me call that number. It was obviously ringing i saw the phone light flashing (could not hear the sound) The employee saw it too but she pretended she didnât see. They insisted the deal was what previous ownership had three years ago. They flat out lied to my face. Ok. I consider it donation for that shoe prices
But the problem continued. Two lanes we used, had problem with each play. All Balls stuck in the back of lanes , turns skipped, scores miscalculated, always one or two pins fell down every second play, The employees were all playing also so It was hard to get hold of them. Remote call button is there for fun. We had to run to the front desk each time. They had such lousy customer service
Great actresses. Taking advantage of traveler, i bet they recognized my phone number with different area code. Because we were already there. No options.
Its not about money , but their attitude and lie!
Well good luck with business 20 bucks. Thats they all...

As soon as we approached the counter; white young male cashier sprung his arm in the air showing my friend outside door stating that âyou need to leave water bottle out in your car, if Iâm selling this here, why would I allow you to bring your water.â My friend tried to give him the water bottle to throw it away and it fell on the floor. Cashier called this big guy to tell my friend that next time give it in his hand. It was so disturbing and hostile environment. We were so frustrated and wanted to finish the game we paid for already and get out of there. We were assigned lane #10 which kept breaking after every other strike. One time itâs was completely stuck and went dark. I started walking towards the cashier to bring his attention to it, before I approached the counter, he yelled that he already called the maintenance. I politely said that this lane was keep breaking the entire timeâŠâŠ I was still talking but cashier interrupted and yelled again, âwe donât have refund policy.â I told him that I am not asking for refund but Iâm complaining about the issue. There are many professional people who are looking for a job now a days. The place is not the best but workers like this guy make it worse with their negativity and unprofessionalism. I hope the management at least discipline him and teach him some work etiquettes. I wish the best for this business but not possible until you remove...
