Blue Ridge Lumber is a prime example for why shopping small businesses is more efficient, more helpful, and so much better overall than working with large corporations. I started working with Phillip Cooke for a large home addition project a couple months ago. I have worked with many different sales reps throughout my career, Phillip has been one of the most attentive, genuine, and helpful people I've ever worked with. Anyone else that I've spoken with from Blue Ridge has also deemed the same qualities in their customer service. It has been a very smooth process working with them, and when inevitable roadblocks arise, he goes above and beyond to rectify it. The mutual respect and understanding within customer service is astounding! I'll almost miss working with them when the project is completed....
