Chessie Circle Trail — Attraction in Toledo

As trails go it is short but what there is of it is nice. Very wide paved path. Travels through neighborhoods. There are a few street crossing and these can be busy at times but nothing to bad. Went with someone who was new to cycling and they were able to navigate the trail and crossings easily. I look forward to when the whole thing is done if the rest is done to the same quality this will be one of the better trails...

It's nice that they paved the rest of it. It's a really nice addition to Toledo.

It needs more safety measures. There have been 2 different incidents in recent years where someone was assaulted (Google it).

Nice walk, short ride, old railway, have heard eventually that it will connect to a new trail. Unfortunately they removed the old rail bridge and its cassions which were still intact to connect with Perrysburg over the river. Bureaucracy at it's worst. Kinda just a short cut to Detroit ...
