Vego Garden to me just seems like someones side hustle. Who hired their auntie, who has no knowledge of gardening or product but plenty of time to act as customers service. 🤣
You know 1 of those drop shipping companies that found great products decided to place there logo in the packaging of items they order from someone else. This is why the return and instock issues exist. The items are not made by Vego but a product they selected. They have a supplier at which they also have to wait to recieve when they get an order. Once they get the items they then proceed to place all their logos and labeling and papers then send it you the ordering coustmer. Possibly the instructions are not up to par. As people state in the other reviews.
Noticed many issues with Vego. Low score with BBB POOR COUSTOMER SERVICE. They don't have any knowledge of garden necessity. The marketing is overwhelmingly over the top with presenting products. However the attention to details for functionality is non existing. A young company that seems to be invested in making money instead of establishing themselves a garden staples in the garden community. A supporter of gardeners. All the bad reviews speak to that The reviews show 4.9 I believe, but most of the high reviews consists of coustomers only recieveing the product not product use overtime. At which I employ @goggle reviews to make that distinction on this application. EXPENSIVE, why? In comparison to market price of competitors. For a new company with no history less than 3 years, greedy. The wicking cells is a non patient product the mimics wicking system but is not fully functional. 1. WICKING CELLS are missing components 2. The suggested instructions to replace the functioning components is a compromise to the garden container's strucrure. I noticed only one customer review the was willing to post about this embarrassing purchase it may work for beds 17" and shorter but it's not a good product for beds taller. 3. There is no overflow spout. There is no way to directly water the cells. All the benefits of wicking customers will not get in this product. 4. Vego put out a video last year for customers to take screws out 👀of the beds to use the holes that are for building a formidable container, for draining, 👀🙆🏻🤦🏻🧏🏻♂️. VEGO Have you lost your marbles? 😅No $CELL is worth the risk of a lawsuit. I'm disappointed with the ignorance of Vego. What company would ever promote compromising the integrity of the structure of 1 product just to $CELL another product? 🤔 🤷🏻VEGO that's who. Key point here gardeners ask yourself does Vego have a dog in this fight. While you are trying to accomplish self sustaining goals for your family. They are not interested in fully investing in providing more than the bare minimum. Imagine that a garden company not willing to invest in the target customers they want money from but providing the bare minimum at excessive amounts of expense. There is no video showing these cells actually working in different size containers only install in one size container. Is that a patented issues? 🤷🏻
No freet VEGO there is a way to fix it.
I have a many ideas to correct Vego issues that with actually make the prices you sell these products for reasonable. Hit me up for product consultation 🤑🤑🤑. I have read reviews that many customers order one product and get something completely different as far as color and style. Other reviews speak on the return process being unbearable. With technology making life much easier. How is it that returning high price items is an issue. No tracking number. And to what I have read in reviews you charge customers for this. When the reason for return is due to Vego fulfillment mistakes and issue. Where is the good faith and cistomer care implemented?
I say nice try, remove cells bring back when you are ready. @Amazon you should know better then to deal with companies that have videos that speak on compromising products....

I’ve been using the Vego Garden modular raised bed system along with their cover system, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment the packages arrived, I could tell this was a thoughtfully designed product built for long-term use.
What I Love:
✅ Durability & Quality: The raised beds are made from high-quality, corrosion-resistant steel with a beautiful powder-coated finish. They feel sturdy yet lightweight, and unlike wood, I don’t worry about rot or warping in extreme weather.
✅ Modular Flexibility: Vego’s modular design is a huge win. I was able to customize the shape and size of my beds to fit my space perfectly. The assembly instructions were clear, and everything came together smoothly with the included tools.
✅ Cover System Protection: The Vego cover system (I use the arch trellis and mesh cover) adds a layer of versatility and protection. It shields delicate crops from pests, intense sun, and heavy rain, while still allowing airflow and access. It’s particularly helpful during seedling stages and transitional seasons.
✅ Aesthetics: These beds are as beautiful as they are functional. The modern, minimalist design elevates the whole look of my garden. They’ve become a centerpiece in my yard and even inspired a few neighbors to start gardening.
Room for Improvement:
➖ Initial Investment: Vego products are a bit pricier than some alternatives, but the quality justifies the cost. If you’re looking for long-term value and reliability, it’s a worthy investment.
➖ Assembly Time: While manageable, the cover system takes some time and patience to assemble, especially the first go-round. Once it’s up, though, it’s solid and effective. ⸻ Overall Rating: ★★★★★ (4.8/5) Vego Garden has truly redefined my gardening experience. Their raised bed and cover systems are ideal for anyone serious about sustainability, aesthetics, and productivity in the garden. Highly recommend for both beginners and...
Read moreI’ve been considering purchasing the Vego garden beds (or something similar) for two years. Finally on 4/6/24 I decided to order a 32” 10-in-1 bed, which was an in-stock item. The bed took nearly two weeks to arrive and I put the bed together last weekend only to find out that one of the configurations suggested in the directions AND on the box (4.5’x7.5’) leaves me with no support rods to hold it together. The rods they sent are 4’ at longest without 0.5’ extension. I called customer service last Sunday and they said that size I chose shouldn’t have been suggested by Vego and the instructions must be outdated and to send pictures of the pamphlet and box (which I did). In that email I expressed my disappointment at now having to wait for extension rods to be sent in order to continue my gardening project. If I had the rods I could have completed filling the bed last weekend and had time to let the layers inside the bed settle before planting. I was told on last Sunday and again when I called back on Wednesday (as no one reached back out to me regarding my initial email) that I would have the rods by Friday (4/26) or Saturday(4/27). I called Wednesday because I had heard nothing from Vego about my parts or this issue. They gave me a tracking number and until this morning (4/27)the tracking number gave me no shipping notification it just said “label created”. This morning, I checked the tracking number again and the rods will not be here until Wednesday, May 1- nearly a MONTH after I ordered the in-stock item/garden bed. These rods, IMO, should have been a rush shipment last Monday morning AND there should’ve been some contact made regarding this situation. I had planned on buying another raised bed next year to expand my garden, but it will have to be with another company who cares about customer...
