Bojangles — Restaurant in Tomball

New place in our area! Got Great friendly service from Ms Leticia! Ordered food to go for family! Dining area is nice and clean! Antoine was mgr! All great friendly service! I eagerly headdd out door to head home and as I was driving off Something told me “check Your Order!” And yup sure enough they only Gave me one side for my Family Order (12pc). And thank God I checked because I’d have been upset having to come back and by then my FOOD would have been cold! I enjoyed the chicken and Mac and cheese. My family wasn’t that impressed and one thing I’d point out is that the Oil used needs to be maybe checked or be changed out more often. My son got home late reheated the chickens and It smelles sooo bad. Gross! Old oil you can telll. I like the variety of sauces and the Almost like Grandmas Peach cobler on a Hard Biscuit? Noooo no. Finally Open! Visited this morning and it was excellent.

As a native North Carolinian, I couldn't have been more excited. The chicken was seasoned just-right and the biscuit was dense and fluffy. The Bo Rounds were very good too. The staff were extremely friendly as well.

Please keep in mind that any of the new Bojangles won't serve Bone-In chicken. This was a decision by their new CEO Jose Armario, so please do not blame the franchises - they did not make this decision. If you want them to bring it to the new restaurants, please write to the Bojangles corporate office/website and stop leaving bad...

I love the food but some of the staff is rude. We’ve also came to eat around 9pm and the lobby is closed. It has happened to me twice already and the sign says they close the lobby at 10. When I asked the girl at the drive thru they got very defensive and said that the doors were open but I was in a group of 4 and we all tried to open the door and they were definitely locked. They tried saying we didn’t pull on it hard enough lol. Besides that I recommend the food it’s a 10/10 the deserts are...
