The Donald M. Kendall Sculpture Gardens is a hidden gem located on the PepsiCo world headquarters campus in Purchase, New York. The gardens feature a collection of 45 outdoor sculptures by major modern artists, including Auguste Rodin, Henry Moore, Alexander Calder, and Alberto Giacometti. The sculptures are beautifully integrated into the landscape, which was designed by renowned garden designer Russell Page. The gardens are open to the public for free on weekends from April to November.

I visited the gardens recently and was very impressed. The sculptures are stunning, and the setting is peaceful and serene. I especially enjoyed the way the sculptures interacted with the natural elements, such as the trees, flowers, and water features. I also appreciated the fact that the gardens are free to visit.

If you're looking for a unique and relaxing way to spend an afternoon, I highly recommend visiting the Donald M. Kendall Sculpture Gardens. It's a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy some art and nature.

Here are some additional thoughts about the gardens:

The gardens are well-maintained and clean.

The sculptures are well-labeled, so you can learn about the artists and their work.

There are plenty of benches and other seating throughout the gardens, so you can relax and enjoy the scenery.

The gardens are located on a hill, so there are some great views of the surrounding area.

The gardens are open year-round, but they're best visited during the spring and fall when the weather is mild.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Donald M. Kendall Sculpture Gardens. It's a beautiful and peaceful place to visit, and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys art and nature.

Pros:

Stunning sculptures

Peaceful and serene setting

Well-maintained and clean

Well-labeled sculptures

Great views

Cons:

The gardens are only open on weekends from April to November.

The gardens can be crowded on weekends.

Overall:

The Donald M. Kendall Sculpture Gardens is a hidden gem that's worth visiting. The sculptures are stunning, the setting is peaceful and serene, and the gardens are free to visit. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys...

The Donald M Kendall Sculptor Gardens is an attraction that features a gorgeous collection of outdoor sculptures in a very tranquil and carefully tended landscape at the PepsiCo Headquarters in Purchase, New York.

The garden was founded and named after the late, Donald M. Kendall, an American businessman and former CEO of PepsiCo.

The garden is open to the public and there’s no admission charge.

It features the work of many prominent sculptors, such as Alexander Calder, and Alberto Giacometti.

In June of 2022, I brought my wife and myself for a visit to the Donald M. Kendall Sculptor Gardens and we were certainly captivated by the amazing works of art.

Our favorite sculptures were the “Horse & The Rider” developed by Marino Marini, David Wynne’ s “Grizzly Bear as well as abstract pieces, Jacques Lipchitz, "Towards a New World” and Gideon Graetz, "Composition in Stainless Steel No. 1"

If you enjoy viewing art in an outdoor picturesque landscape, that you would definitely love the sculptures that’s displayed at the Donald M. Kendall...

I would give this place -5 stars if it was possible. This use to be a nice place until they decided to add ridiculous rules. I use to be able to bring my dog and there was never ever a problem with dogs. Now no dogs allowed. This is so horrendous. I bring my dog all over with me and so do many other people and i have never seen or heard of one problem. I go to restaurants, airports, on planes, department stores and many different places with my dog and it is fine. I use to be able to go any day of the week now its only 2 days a week. This is horrible. These people who run this place have are heartless and have no regard for the people who use the park.

Dont waste your time going to this place it isnt worth it when the people who control it are so...
