AVOID, AVOID, AVOID at all costs! I caught them red-handed pretending to use Boar's Heads meat while swapping in something inferior in a back room out of sight. When I called them out on it, the manager/owner claimed they conveniently used the last of the roast beef and wouldn't show me the packaging, empty or not.
Beef aside, I live in midtown Manhattan and have never seen prices this high...egg sandwiches starting at $4.50, (fake) deli meats starting at $8-$9, and day-old 1/2 paninis for $10. No wonder no one was inside during lunch hour when I visited.

Came in during a fairly busy lunch rush but the food was still made promptly and correctly, prices were very fair and the offering of udon noodle bowls is pretty enticing. The sandwich I had was a very tasty chicken sammy with the works, my father had the turkey sandwich and was pleasantly surprised to find actual roast turkey breast and not cold cuts in it. I work in the area and this is the only deli within a short distance to my job. the service is incredibly slow and the workers have no understanding of how a NY style deli runs. They take too long to greet customers and take orders, and when they finally do take the order, you will be lucky if they get it right because the person taking it barely speaks English.
