The young woman who seated us was pleasant enough, but the male waiter seemed kind of annoyed about having to serve us. We ordered appetizers and dinner. He brought the appetizers that I ordered - fried shrimp. They were somewhat soggy and tasteless and required a lot of sauce and lemons to bring out any taste. I had just started to eat my appetizer when lo! Guess what arrived? You guessed it. MY DINNER! So, there I was with the appetizers still sitting in front of me and my dinner on the edge of the table. I had ordered the "Chicken Maryland." I can't for the life of me understand how anyone can call the food in this place "FABULOUS." The chicken was so dry, it was completely tasteless! the vegetables were dry and the rice was all stuck together. Prior to ordering the chicken, I had asked for a hamburger on a regular bun and was told that "this restaurant doesn't have hamburger buns. We only serve burgers on hard rolls." For dessert I had ordered the apple crisp with vanilla ice cream and was told the restaurant didn't have vanilla ice cream at that point.
