We live in Florida, but my wife is from this area in upstate NY. I stumbled across The Arcade Project via Facebook, and started following them from afar. I was so impressed with what they were doing, not just with their games, but also the food & beverage. Good beer list, really fun menu items . . . I knew I wanted to go there on our next NY trip. So, I was incredibly sad when I saw that they were closing for the summer (for all the right reasons!). But, we happened to catch them on a bonus day, and it was a highlight of our trip. The games were fun, of course -- such a great selection! And, even though they were serving a limited food menu, there were still great choices. They still had a great beer list, and plenty of options (adult and NA) for non-beer drinkers. The owners are super great, and we had a lovely time chatting with them and getting to know them. Everything about this new business deserves your attention, in my humble opinion. All the best to them, and I can't wait to visit again on our...

Read moreDon't let the understated exterior fool you, this place is not to be missed. One price for all the games you can play! Wandering through the aisles was a simultaneous journey of nostalgia and discovery as I was reacquainted with old favorites and made new ones. Plus, there is a selection of games which take tokens but provide tickets which can be spent in a well-stocked prize room. And the food! At a place like this I'm not necessarily there to eat, but the food was better than it has any business being. Wings, pizza, other snack type food, and even the "Pac Man Plate", their version of a garbage plate. I had the plate and a buffalo chicken pizza, both were outstanding. The drink selection was truly impressive, with a myriad of options including a better beer list than some bars I've been to. In summary, don't let the out of the way location deter you - make the trip and you won't be...
