4 stars because the food is delicious, the coffee is delicious, the employees are wonderful and so is the service and the place is adorable. I didnt do 5 stars because the manager or owner, "crystal". Clearly the girl making the complicated, weird drink that I order, wasnt super comfortable making it....thats understandable. She asked the other girl to help. Well, the manager came out and loudly yelled twice "why are 2 of you making coffee??"...awkward. there were 2 ladies waiting who were all smiles and said they were fine waiting. The cashier stopped helping the other girl with my coffee. THEN. as I was waiting for my food still, the manager or owner "crystal", came out again and loudly stated twice that the girl making the coffees was "slow" at making them to the girl on register. I was wildly uncomfortable. You just don't do that. You could have hopped in and helped, lady. And treating your employees badly, doesn't help anything. They deserve respect. I am writing to provide feedback on my recent lunch order, a "Secret Recipe" Chicken Salad Wrap. I was unfortunately disappointed with several aspects of my meal. I opted to add olives to my wrap, having enjoyed black olives in similar dishes before. However, I received green olives instead. This was a significant departure from my expectation and impacted my enjoyment of the meal, as I do not personally prefer green olives in this context. Furthermore, the description of the wrap indicated the inclusion of a pickle, which was absent from my order. The omission of this component left the wrap feeling somewhat incomplete. Finally, I found the chicken salad itself to be unexpectedly sweet. While I understand there is a "secret ingredient," the sweetness was overpowering and detracted from the overall flavor profile. Highly highly very much recommend this place so much for everyone great huge fan of grind on coffee shop and love all of the different flavors of coffees and love their cinnamon buns lots and their cholcore chip cookies and their peanut butter cookies I really want to go back all the time and I recommend anyone to go there very great staffing there as well they are working wonderfully and we'll their own business is so awesomely amazing and they are wonderful staff there I love them all the wonderful...
