Went to Corey beach just to check it out I live in the town and pay taxes beautiful place but I saw some kids that I overheard saying some aweful racist remarks makes me wonder what they hear at home to feel so confident to repeat it in a public setting kind of turned me off . I would love to visit the beach being it's convience but to be uncomfortable while trying to enjoy something paid for is a little distressing must say I'm disappointed up until now I was pretty satisfied with my area.

Adorable beach located on the quiet shore in South Patchogue. Calm & quiet! It's just VERY small, so get there EARLY (weekends 7:30am-8:30am) if you want a nice spot. ⚠️WARNING⚠️ BRING BUG SPRAY!!! LOTS OF MOSQUITOES AND OTHER BITING BUGS. There are NO big waves, it's more of a Bay with a quiet, lapping shoreline. And no concession stand 😐 B.Y.O.Everything. I do have to say though, the sunrise IS BEAUTIFUL 😍

One of the south shores best family beaches. Handicap accessible and very inclusive for all backgrounds. The playground on the beach is such a great amenity. Kids can run jump play and swim! The refreshment stand is complete with great healthy options and not so healthy. With of course the ability to have a cold beer or Rosè. Love this beach and I’ll be back again and again.

This beach has always been a pretty phenomenal location, especially for any form of entertainment with family members or friends. Definitely, an excellent location for celebrating at and or any other idea you can come up with. Playing any form of music there just as well should probably never get left out. Bands could also always consider this beach as another excellent location for celebrating and or practicing there too. Even having parties and or celebrations is also another option too i think. During the summer and or fall season would probably end up being the best time periods to pull this off, depending on which weather you prefer over the other. You'll definitely end up having the time of your life, long as you've decided to go with Corey Beach. Since i have actually lived here in Patchogue close towards my entire life, or 4 year old child i'm definitely a good person to ask. That would definitely end up being my view point when we're talking about that beach. That's why i've rated it...

Absolutely the most disgusting beach I've ever been to. Water was black and smelled horrendous. Wasn't even so much the low tide, smelled like a mix of carcass and feces. You know it's bad when it's a beautiful day and no one, not a single person, were swimming. We lasted all of 20 minutes before leaving. I'm baffled as to how people could sit there in the beachfront and play in the playground all day! Brookhaven needs to step up for their community and...
