My wife, kids,12 and 10, and I run across the sound often just to mooring up at Ralph’s. The staff always seem to accommodate our day trips and from the moment we’re picked up by the water taxi we already know the day will be great. Ralph’s has everything you forget and the food and beverage options are just what you’d want. With the beach across the street, the pier to fish from, and the marina anchored up, we consider it a perfect boating day drip destination for the family. Kudos to Ralph’s and the team. We look forward to the 2025 season. And don’t forget the lobster rolls, Madone! P/V LylaRose

Edit: still like Ralph’s, but extremely disappointed that when we had our first ever customer service issue, no one even tried to help or apologize. Fortunately it was something minor, but an apology/ acknowledgement goes a long way. This is our third summer keeping our boat on a mooring at Ralph’s. It is a beautiful and peaceful place to spend time, both on the mooring or hanging on the patio for some music and delicious food. Most importantly, everyone who works there is friendly and accommodating, especially the launch drivers. As long as we own a boat, it will be at Ralph’s!

It always hurts me when a restaurant relies on location for their business instead of providing quality food. I ordered the shrimp tacos, 2 for $12 or $14 I don’t care. I got a couple defrosted shrimp topped with a piece of lettuce and a couple pieces of shredded cheese. No salsa, I had to go ask for salsa and was told “it doesn’t come with that”. If I were going to serve you a shrimp taco, I would start with fresh grilled shrimp tucked into paradise, perhaps a grilled corn salsa with a Cajun mayonnaise with a side of what ever your heart desires.

  • July 22, 2022 This is an update to my original post. I did edit my original post as I realize , some of what I said was unfair. The owner personally reached out to speak to my post. I appreciate that immensely. I failed to mention, I go to Ralph’s no less than 12 times each season and this was the first time I was a little disappointed. The owner assured me if I were to be disappointed in the future, he welcomed me to speak to his staff and it would be...

I do not have enough words to try to warn people from having boats fixed there. Maybe the restaurant and the location has appeal to some, but when it comes to honesty in their mechanical abilities they fail miserably. Now they have changed their name from Ralph Marina to Ralphs finshing station thus erasing the bad reviews they had in that area. When they "fixed" my boat and charged me $4000 I felt that at least then I would have a functioning engine. Wrong! When I went to take the boat out it did not start. They sent a mechanic and was working for about 20 mins on the engine. After the boat started and I was on my way. A few days later I was hit with another bill for $3.500 for the last "repair". I took another mechanic there, (which they do not allow) he showed me that even the spark plugs had not been changed. PS They took me to court and I had to settled for $ 2300 to get rid of them. A total discrace to the honest marinas in the area. Avoid them like the plague...

It's an older marina but well kept. The view of Mount Sinai is beating. On the weekend they usually have a band on the deck outside. The place is packed on the weekends. Its a very nice gathering spot. There is a mechanic on duty, Mike, very nice, hard working, and fair. There is a simple cafeteria with decent food. You could not ask for a nicer staff. It's run by family, and it shows. There are regular wet slips and also rack storage. The biggest vice, at least for me in rack storage, is the dirt parking lot. My boat is always dirty. If that is the worst you can say about a business, they are doing...
