My coworkers and I had an AMAZING experience at the Headless Horseman Escape Rooms!! Highly recommended for corporate team-building. Everything about this experience was great; from the price, to booking it, to the escape itself. Bill Smith helped me book the room for my office, and he was exceptionally patient and helpful with all my questions and concerns. The game runner of the room was also super friendly and helpful (not sure of his name). And, of course, THE ROOM... We had an absolute blast. Screaming, running, laughing, struggling, cheering at every win... The story was cool, the clues were interesting and challenging, and the design of the space was authentic and immersive. I was worried that 12 people would be too many that some would be bored; but the room had SO MANY clues, puzzles, & red herrings that we ended up glad for the large group. We naturally split up into teams, working on multiple different puzzles at once. There was so much to do! Every single one of us had something to do, and helped the escape in some way. We beat the room with only a few minutes to spare. I'm positive that even if we had not beat the room, we would have still loved it. It was engaging, exhilarating and incredible fun. This was my & many of my coworkers' first escape room experience, and it far surpassed our expectations. We can't wait to come back!!!!

Only good part is the set construction. Very detailed rooms, however they don't pay enough attention to you while in the room. Half of the "triggers" in our room did not function when you touch them. This lead to clues not opening when they should and the person controlling the game didn't notice half the time. This cost us almost 20 minutes total that we knew of. We have done lots of other brand rooms and they function much better, rather than have one puzzle to figure out at a time at other people can be doing multiple puzzles in different areas. Some of the puzzles just made no sense, when we asked at one point how we were supposed to know about something they said it's supposed to be one of the two clues. Then they tell you not to force any objects but it take almost two people to open the coffin. They just make a bunch of excuses when they should spend some time fine running the rooms. Basically after doing most of them we learned spend you money at a place like Escape Time in Hopewell, its just as well built but everything works the way it's supposed to and they pay attention to what's happening when your in the game. This was just a...

We have gone 2 years in a row, failed two years in a row too. But we still had a lot of fun. We have gone with a group of people from work which has been a lot of fun. The only thing I didn't like was this one had no lights when we started and I wish I had a heads up about that, but I guess it did make for part of the experience. We will go every year if we can. Was much better than we expected and we had a...
