Pizza Ranch FunZone Arcade — Attraction in Town of Grand Chute

Used to love coming here with my wife once a week or so, and also with my son's family/ grandchildren for the arcade, but yesterday's experience was horrible. To start out with, the man with the shaved head and zero professional service skills or common courtesy running the register wouldn't give my wife the usual discount for being a bariatric surgery patient that she has gotten on all previous visits. No apology for the situation, just loudly stated that they don't do this anymore. My wife was very embarrassed, as others were in line right behind us. We payed and got our drink glasses and I went to the iced tea machine, and it's empty. I went back and informed him of this, and he shrugs and says that he's waiting on a truck, no apology, just turned and walked away. So now I get the old dried out food, no usual salad mix that I usually get, just plain lettuce, and eat a meal that was WAY OVERPRICED for what I got. My wife ordered her own style of pizza that previously had been good, but this time was slathered with grease or some type of oil. There are plenty of non chain restaurants to eat at that offer a much better value, and some chains in the valley and Green Bay that at least give you good food, even if prices have gone up, food and service are still great. The employees that retrieve plates and clean tables were great, especially Hendrick, but the man with the shaved head needs training, or needs a different job, he's clearly not happy here, and not a people person. I may try a different Pizza Ranch at another city sometime when traveling, but not this one, This one is newer, nearest to where I live, but I will avoid this place when nicer restaurants are just five minutes...

Only picked this location because it’s close to home and the reviews. Service could have been better, but when workers see melanin skin I guess they feel the need to stare, whisper, and follow you around. Games really don’t work and the food was mediocre lol. Terrible experience. Been sitting here for 20 minutes waiting on pizza and chicken. There's about 6 tables full in the whole place. Not sure how this is possible. We arrived around 1:15 and have seen 2 pizzas come out so far in very unpopular flavors. Very disappointing.
