Stopped by to get carry out. Ordered online which was efficient, food was hot and ready in designated time offered, the restaurant was clean inside and out, staff was pleasant. In our order we found only one very small cup of marinara for a full box of cheese sticks which was cleary not enough dipping sauce for even half a box, which was very disappointing and we were shorted a wing. We called and they were good about the missing wing and comped us a credit for our next order as we lived so far away. It would be nice if their bone in wings weren't so pricy, and they included at least two decent sized cups of dipping sauce for the bread and they had a few more meal option coupon deals which included items such as the bone in wings and cheesy breadsticks. Two hours later we called to check on our order and kept getting sent to a call center where nobody helps you. Checked with door dash and they said the order was cancelled and there was nothing they could do since we didn't order through them. About 20 calls later to the Grand Chute location and an infinite cycle of listening to recordings while on hold with the call center, no pizza, no refund....
