Very fun experience until you enter the big pool. Today I was in the corner by the diving area by the red lines far away from where people jump/dive trying to enjoy my swim and I hear whistling. Lifeguards comes to me saying I couldnt stay in that area. Ok went back across the blue line I hear whistling again and I even see a young lifeguard about 18-23 telling me to get out the pool . This liddle boy chose the wrong one!!! I paid and have a town card to be here I’m not getting out of the pool! Another lifeguard comes to me in the water saying you can’t be in the corner hear either ! At that point I was irritated I paid for a card to even come here ! WHERE DO YOU WANT PEOPLE TO RELAX WHERE ??? There are no signs of these rules no where in the pool area. No floaties in the big pool absolutely no fun what so ever!! Whistling was annoying and these young lifeguards need to learn how to speak to ADULTS! I see why there are less people coming to swim at this pool! Hopefully the kiddie pool stays the way it is. That’s the best place where the floaties are allowed and not that much whistling. After today probably won’t pay another yr for a card! Other westchester pools offer better experiences and...
Read moreThe pools are incredible! Well run, clean and kind staff. Years ago, this place was the old Scarsdale Bath and Tennis. Also, it was the Greenburgh Town Park for many years and then it was named Anthony Veteran Park. In every fashion, this recreational facility is absolutely beautiful. The pools are magnificent and the number of tennis courts Is fantastic. The parking lot is huge. The facility is well maintained. It's not very expensive to be a member. However, you must be a resident of Greenberg. This family park is great for just about anyone. The food is not too expensive. Help in the summertime is decent and the park is run in a reasonably professional fashion. If you are a resident of Greenberg, this place is worth every penny. It's a public facility that makes you feel like you're part of a Country Club. The training of real customer service needs to improve to a higher standard. Most of the attendants and lifeguards and clean up crew are fine people. Management does leave a lot to desire and could use a re education on recreational management. With everything said, this park is...
Read moreTook my grandson to first swim lesson. The complex is wonderful. Miss Sarah was instructing class. Very positive experience for me and him. The water temp was "refreshing". The place was fairly busy. I assume it will get busier in the afternoon. Lots of shade. Trees and lawn fairly close to the pool. Umbrellas or canopies were plentiful. My first time there. There was more to explore. Well maintained. Lots of lifeguards. Seemed like there was lots of rotation as there were guards walking the deck. Very friendly and helpful. Parking...
