Atrium at Sunny Atlantic — Attraction in Town of Hempstead

A Perfect Day Thanks to Sheri and The Atrium at Sunny Atlantic Skylar’s Bridal Shower on May 3, 2025, turned out to be absolutely perfect, but it didn’t start that way. We originally planned to host it at a local restaurant in Long Beach, but just a few weeks out, the venue double-booked us. With guests flying in from out of town and a firm date set, we were suddenly scrambling for a new location. After calling around in a bit of a panic, I connected with Sheri Cambareri at The Atrium at Sunny Atlantic—and that changed everything. From the moment I met her and saw the venue, I knew we were in great hands. The space is stunning—right on the beach with an incredible ocean view—but it’s Sheri who makes it truly special. Her professionalism, warmth, and ability to handle every detail with ease put me completely at peace. There is nothing she can’t do, and she gives 110% to make the event unforgettable. We had 65 guests, and the room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to mingle, celebrate, and take in the beautiful scenery. The staff was attentive and made sure everyone felt welcome. And the food—wow! It was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. I now understand why so many people choose The Atrium for weddings and special events. It’s not just the location—it’s the care and excellence that Sheri and her team bring to everything they do. If Sheri is in charge, that’s where I’m booking my next event...

The Atrium provides the most stunning views for a truly oceanfront wedding. Sheri, the coordinator, was so helpful throughout the process with access and flexibility and helping my dream wedding come to life! She even thought of something I might like at a tradeshow and brought it back for the wedding. The food was excellent, my guests raved about cocktail hour and that they actually enjoyed a wedding dinner. The venue was generous with the food and drinks. The glass enclosure overlooking the ocean is really a blank canvas so whatever your vision is you can create it. It suited my vision perfectly and I was so happy to have my wedding there. We lucked out with perfect weather and had the most beautiful beach front ceremony followed by beach front cocktail hour. When we moved up into the Atrium enclosure, the views stays just as (actually more?) impressive. No one can stop talking about how this was the best view at any wedding venue they had ever been to. I'm very thankful and can't recommend...

Over the top was the assessment of our daughter's bridal shower. From start to finish, working with the caterer Sheri Cambareri was amazing. She knows her stuff, had great suggestions, was collaborative and paid amazing attention to detail. Everything we wanted was done. She was extremely patient answering and re-answering my many questions! The food quality and quantity was excellent. The venue itself is just unbelievable - a vista of windows looking out on the gorgeous beach and ocean! Sheri's team was friendly and helpful, carrying boxes out of the car and packing us up at the end of the party. I would love to have every major celebration at this venue. And the costs were very fair for the food/beverage. Sheri's recommendation for photographer and florist went a long way to securing the very best at a fair price.
