This place is dirty and they should be flagged to the department of health.

I ordered an unsweetened iced tea and then I added sweetener and took a sip and realized that it was a sweet tea, not unsweetened. I told them that it was wrong and they immediately took my cup and gave me a new one.

Then they took the drink (which I had already drank from!!) and poured it back into the beverage dispenser to serve to a new customer & took the ice that was in my cup and poured it into one of the food displays where you can grab & go.

There was no question that I had drank from the original cup that they poured back into the iced tea dispenser. They had watched me add Splenda at the front counter & watched me drink. They did this in front of me and 4 other customers.

If this is what they do in front of customers, who knows what they do behind the counters.

Best deli in the area it super close to the beach and a huge money saver the food courts at all the beach clubs are a rip off there no question there but the deli is like at most 4 blocks away and it's great is like minimum 60 percent cheaper that any food court item and its soo much better but you might say well there no space at a deli well there a plethora of sitting room for eating and the staff is super friendly and there ample parking if you dont want to walk if you go to the beach there no reason to pay in to these wallet leaves other wise known as the food court I'm sure you'll save at least 1000 dollars each summer if you buy food at the food court daily avoid food courts at all costs...

Here you have a good beach neighborhood deli with pretty good sandwiches and all the sundries you might want to take to the beach with you (including pizza). And although the staff keeps things orderly and are usually fast, this place gets very crowded because they are one of the few deli's in the neighborhood of Atlantic Beach. If you don't like crowds (like me), it can be a bit tough to navigate through here on a busy weekend during the summer. The staff has always been really nice to my kids and usually offer them up cookies to take to the beach with them. It can be a bit expensive here because they do have a captive audience, but considering everything is usually freshly made it can...
