From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an atmosphere that felt more like a five-star hotel than a healthcare facility. The entire place is immaculately clean, beautifully organized, and it even smells luxurious — fresh, inviting, and comforting.
I visited the physical therapist Justin, who was not only professional and skilled but also warm and attentive. The residents I saw were vibrant, well-dressed, and genuinely happy — it was clear they are truly cared for. The nurses and physicians at New Nautilus go above and beyond; their warmth and compassion shine through in every interaction. It honestly felt like they were taking care of their own parents and grandparents.

Read moreThe hotel has very small rooms, no balcony. The coffee machine is Nespresso but they use fake generic capsules, very disappointing for a "luxury" hotel. The art decor in the lobby is unique, the hallways to your room are all painted black, very hard to see. The pool area was nice and you have direct access to the beach.
