New Nautilus Hotel — Hotel in Town of Hempstead

I had the pleasure of visiting the New Nautilus Hotel assisted living facility recently, and I was absolutely blown away. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an atmosphere that felt more like a five-star hotel than a healthcare facility. The entire place is immaculately clean, beautifully organized, and it even smells luxurious — fresh, inviting, and comforting.

I visited the physical therapist Justin, who was not only professional and skilled but also warm and attentive. The residents I saw were vibrant, well-dressed, and genuinely happy — it was clear they are truly cared for. The nurses and physicians at New Nautilus go above and beyond; their warmth and compassion shine through in every interaction. It honestly felt like they were taking care of their own parents and grandparents.

This isn’t just a facility — it’s a home filled with dignity, love, and joy. I left inspired and reassured knowing such a high standard of care exists. I would wholeheartedly recommend New Nautilus to anyone looking for a top-tier assisted...

We moved my mom back to NY from Florida to be closer to us so we can be there for her as she is aging. We searched and visited many places. My sister learned of the Nautilus in Atlantic Beach. Best move we could have made. My Mom is so happy. She made a group of friends. She loves the entertainment. The aides are so amazingly caring and loving. The owners are unbelievable. My mom has a huge Oceanview Room. Everyone is so compassionate and truly cares. I highly recommend this...

The hotel has very small rooms, no balcony. The coffee machine is Nespresso but they use fake generic capsules, very disappointing for a "luxury" hotel. The art decor in the lobby is unique, the hallways to your room are all painted black, very hard to see. The pool area was nice and you have direct access to the beach. You get 2 complimentary chairs but have to pay for the umbrella even though they charge a resort fee!!! This hotel is...
