Outstanding Service! I hired PhototekNYC to service my corporate holiday party and Rak was super easy with stellar customer service. In the weeks leading to our event date, Rak made sure I was completely happy with our photo mockups and was able to make special modifications to the print outs and graphics. He explained what the packages included so that we could purchase the set-up we wanted. This was helpful since I was inexperienced in ordering booths and the features it included. On the date of our event, Mark, our vendor rep for the evening, was on time and set up the Open Air Photo Booth in no time. He set up a simple white background and had props fitting and appropriate for our company holiday party. Professional all night, Mark had our guests looking great in the photos. He didn't fold under pressure as the swarm of guests started to huddle in his set-up corner at increasing rates. Within two days, Rak texted me the link to our photo gallery that had all of our photos. High quality and crispy clear images in both color and black and white. I am so pleased with hiring Rak and the PhototekNYC team! I will absolutely book them again for another event, and even recommend them should anyone need a booth for their event. My husband and I just got married on 9/11/21 on Long Island and used this company for our vintage photo booth. The photo booth was honestly the biggest hit at our wedding. Our guests could not get enough of it! The picture quality is impeccable. We were able to get actual print outs of the pictures almost instantaneously, as well as digital copies provided through a link. The props they provided were also so much fun to use. They also set up my backdrop and floral garlands around it exactly how I requested. It really exceeded my expectations. Even more, the photo attendant Dylan was so awesome and super sweet, and overall pleasant to work with. Also, the coordinator Rak was super responsive to all of my questions and needs, even going so far as to send me pictures of items from Amazon that would assist in creating the backdrop that I requested. I needed to find a 360 booth for my fundraiser. I contacted other businesses and the follow through was not good. I found Phototeknyc and they had high reviews. I thought it was worth a try to contact them. Responsive to my initial inquiry and the follow through to my numerous questions was impressive. My representative, Rak was quite fair when it came to deposit schedule. I was a little apprehensive since this was not a referral from someone and I needed the photobooths for a large fundraiser. I typically work from referrals. They were punctual in arriving for setup. I didn't have to call and look for them. Then a couple days after my event, much to my pleasant surprise while at work, I saw them setting up as vendors for a Hunter College event.
