Vineyard View Winery — Attraction in Town of Jerusalem

Way over priced wine tastings. I covered the tab for a party and expected a much more reasonable price. It’s my fault, i misread the menu and thought the tastings were priced lower.

Bottom line, their pricing doesn’t make sense to me.

Logic wise, they charge $14 for 5 tastings...they’re bottles average $17. You choose between a white flight, red flight or a sweet flight - regardless of the flight selection, you pay $14. The average cost of the sweet bottle wines were$10, whites $16, reds $25.

Overall, aside from the pricing, the red wines I had were average. The port was nice. The view is also pretty nice...I'm not sure if Covid played a role in their pricing, but either way, it just didn’t seem worth the...

We visited the winery for a tasting last week and were astonished by how flavorful their Blaufränkisch based wines were. Many other wineries in the Finger Lakes tinker with this varietal but the wine makers at Vineyard View have absolutely nailed it! Medium/full bodied, mouth coating, well rounded tannins, beautiful fruit with a touch of oak, and a finish that kept me enjoying the wine long after I swallowed. Great with food or sipping. This was absolutely the best dry, fuller body red wine we found after visiting more than a dozen wineries in the area. From the first viewing this winery felt like the perfect place to get married! Communication and planning was beyond easy. We were able to drop off supplies a day before our wedding. The day of went so smoothly and our guests had an amazing time! The team at Vineyard View did an amazing job of hosting us and our friends and family. It is a place we look forward celebrating for years to come! Thank you for making our wedding day the most beautiful and special day we could've hoped...
