Antique Inn — Restaurant in Town of Jerusalem

Have gone here from time to time over the years. I really want to like the place, but I have been disappointed the last few times that I have been there. Thought i would give it another try. Tonight I had a special, stuffed peppers. When they came to the table I was shocked. There were two small piles of rice and meat etc. Each was the size of those little ice cream cups that we had as kids. And under each pile was a small piece of green pepper ( maybe 2 inches by 2 inches. I should have taken a picture. The sauce tasted more like tomato soup that tomato sauce. And the price $20.95. As the reply from antique inn says, I made a mistake on the price and corrected it. I had the fried seafood platter, which consisted of fried shrimp, fried clam strips, fried oysters, fried scallops, a baked potato, applesauce and dinner bread. It was good but the serving size of the fried items left a lot to be desired. There were 4 fried oysters (not a problem), 3 fried scallops, (again, not a problem cuz I gave them to mom as I dont like scallops),--the fried clam strips--there wasn't enough to shake a stick at and the shrimp?? There were only 2 fried shrimp. I expected a few more shrimp than 2, especially for the money we paid for my meal alone. I'll go back to dine at the Antique Inn again. The bread was hot and delicious. But, when we finally got waited on,( many people came in after us they were on their salads before she took our orders.we got French onion soup with my meal hum no cheese on it? I asked for cheese she said that would be an extra charge to fix my water down brown soup. My friend peppered hers up. Our combination seafood platter was so fried and smelled the crab cakes needed old bay Yes they asked if everything was ok my friend felt sorry for them so we said nothing and left.
