Constantia is a newer addition to the FLX wine scene, but they're definitely not one to be underestimated. The wines are excellent. Great depth of fruit character and a throughline of minerality and lengthy finish across the board. The wines are true to style and complex. It was a pleasure chatting with Paul as he took us through his wines, and if you like to dive deep into wine and everything that goes into making them, you're in for a treat here. Very exciting to see this potential, especially of the wines from the eastern slopes of the Cayuga AVA that often get overlooked.
