I’m not sure I can say enough great things about Westminster Weddings & Events. Not only about how breathtakingly beautiful the venue is, but also about how amazing the owner and coordinator, Angela, was throughout the entire process.

From our very first walkthrough, every word out of Angela’s mouth was checking off the bride’s list of must-haves. I was the maid of honor and worked closely with the bride throughout the planning process, but Angela made sure that neither of us had to worry about a single thing. She handled every detail with such care, professionalism, and genuine heart.

We also rented The Haven, the venue’s B&B next door, for the weekend, and it was perfect. Chelsea and I were able to go in the day before the wedding, drop off all the bridal suite goodies, get organized, and just breathe knowing we didn’t have to scramble the morning of. The house was huge... so many rooms that we could’ve easily had more people stay! The convenience of getting ready right next door and only having to walk a few feet after the reception made the day that much smoother and more enjoyable.

The chapel itself is absolutely stunning. Between the stained-glass windows, detailed architecture, and the ethereal, love-filled atmosphere, it feels like something out of a dream. And once you hear the story of how Angela started the venue, it makes the space feel even more special... you can truly feel the love and passion poured into every corner.

Wedding planning in itself can be incredibly nerve wracking - especially when it comes to the sheer number of decisions that need to be made. Angela walked my husband and I through the entire process and even provided us a list of recommended vendors which made the entire selection process that much easier. All of our vendors knew each other because they had worked together previously and it made the entire evening run smoothly. Angela ensured that my husband and I always had a drink in hand and even brought snacks/water to us during pictures.

The chapel is beautiful - stained glass windows and tons of natural light. I was so happy with how our photos turned out given that it was an indoor ceremony. We had about 100 guests and the reception area perfectly accommodated this. I am not a particularly creative person but I had a vision for the place settings/table designs and Angela made it come true.

In sum, my husband and I wanted an intimate space where our guests could unwind and have a genuinely fun evening and Westminster delivered. To this day, we still receive compliments from our guests on everything - the food, the alcohol, the decor, the chapel, and the outdoor patio. But you don’t just get a beautiful venue when you book with Westminster - you also get a professional wedding planner who knows what’s she’s doing. Westminster is well worth the price for a lifetime of beautiful memories.
