I recently stayed in one of the cabins end of September. I very much enjoyed my time in my cabin. It was well set up, private, and the area was very quiet. The large window is awesome and I did get to see deer right outside of my window on one of the mornings. 2 things that weren’t perfect was overall the cabin was very clean the shelves next to the bed were VERY dusty. As I was unpacking I realized and had to wipe it down. Not the biggest deal. My other problem while staying was the fridge wasn’t working very well. I had the temps set full on coldest setting and without opening the door it sat between 45-50 degrees. I travel with medication that needs to stay between certain temps so I always carry a fridge thermometer. I texted the customer service number and they sent someone out quickly. He agreed that it wasn’t really getting very cold so he tried to find a remedy but stated they did not have spare fridges. I suggested switching out a fridge in an empty cabin. The customer service team tried to tell me that 45-50 degrees was perfectly fine for things like meat and eggs. Sorry but no it isn’t eggs and meat should not be kept over 42degrees MAX. They did offer still to switch it out which I accepted. The new fridge worked extremely well it kept cold at only half the way up on the dial. So clearly the other one was not working well. I do suggest you bring a cooler for certain things like drinks and such so you don’t need to be going in and out of the mini fridge. Outside of these two issues I had I’ll definitely be back! FYI for those staying there is a great place in Hancock for fire wood. Tom’s Top Notch Firewood, great firewood for a good price if staying for multiple days it’s worth the trip to load up on wood. The wood is self serve honor system.

I have camped at another Postcard location before and it was great, so I decided to come to a different location this time. Everything was great, but there were a few things that were not as seamless this time around. First, we at check-in and were told we would get a code to our door with our cabin name. We did not receive it, so we tried using the phone at the front of the camp. That was useless, so I texted their support number. After about 10 minutes of no response, I called their number with my phone and someone finally answered. We got our code about 30 min after arriving- Not very seamless. The cabin was tilted on a slight grade, so every time the shower was used, water would leak out into the bathroom. The bath mat in the bathroom were soaking wet, which was gross. Water was pooling on one side of the shower as well. Also gross. We also got locked out because the keypad died after we had locked it. We had to contact someone to help us open the door. There was a slightly better response time for this incident. Everything else was great. The cabin is so well designed and the kitchen is so convenient. Overall, it's a great option for people who want to go camping and like their comfort.

I stayed at this cabin for three days, and overall, it was a good experience. I would rate it four stars. The place is incredibly quiet, and each cabin offers plenty of privacy. Inside, everything is very clean, and the kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary tools and facilities. However, there are a few issues to be aware of: Firstly, if you drive an electric vehicle, there are no charging facilities available. Even though I found an outdoor outlet, they don’t allow you to use it for charging. Secondly, the dehumidifier in the cabin runs intermittently for long periods, and the noise can be quite loud. This affected my rest, and if you spend the whole day in the cabin, the noise makes it hard to feel like you’re in the midst of nature. Additionally, the refrigerator does not have a freezer compartment, so do not bring ice or frozen foods. On the positive side, contacting customer service via text message results in a quick response, which is very convenient.

Loved our "Getaway"! The booking process and customer service is fantastic. They really make finding your cabin and getting settled in simple. We were sent a text a few hours before check in with our cabin name and code. When entering the cabin, everything we needed to know was already listed on a paper and we were given a paper with nearby locations that could be visited. The cabin itself is small but for my husband, myself, and our dog, we were comfortable and the room size was perfect. We paid for firewood in advance which was a huge help to not worry about bringing with. Lots of places to store our food and belongings. They really thought of everything that we might need and even had a doggy treat ready for our dog! They even had dog bowls to use and dog clean up bags. We absolutely loved our time here and will be back soon!

My daughter and I spent an unforgettable night at the Postcard Cabins in Wild Rose Wisconsin. We picked the loaction knowing nothing about it or Postcard Cabins because of the close proximity to the ski hill Nordic Mountain, and let me tell you, we can't wait to visit again. My daughter said it was the best night ever! The cabin was private, clean, and stocked with everything you need. I will say I was a bit worried about staying in the winter as the low temperature was forecasted to be -14° overnight, but the cabin was warm (70° upon arrival) and never dropped a degree overnight. The experience was unforgettable and something my daughter and I will talk about for years to come. My only regret was not planning a longer stay! Thanks for hosting us Postcard Cabins, and we'll see you again soon!

Excellent place with worst onsite customer service. I was in shock when I enter the cabin, they didn’t clean it after the last guest when I reach out to customer service they told me that they will let the onsite team member know and get us a new cabin or get a clean sheet. I told them that I only want clean sheets and they said the onsite team is on the way but the onsite team never came and we had to sleep on the bed with dirty sheets. In the morning we left and that was the worst experience I have ever had and bed was so uncomfortable to. I gave 2 stars because the representative that I was texting with was really kind, tried to make things right for us, and gave a full refund, And the other reason is the place was really beautiful but unfortunately I couldn’t spend a peaceful time.
