We went there on labor day weekend so, maybe my impression was tainted. The trails are flat, easy and fairly dirty - debris, broken bottles, trash everywhere. Extremely overcrowded including large groups so loud that you can hear them from half a mile. The park is a narrow strip of land sandwich between residential areas, rail- and regular roads.
