My favorite bike path on Long Island! Very scenic on the south end in the Massapequa Preserve area with lakes, bridges and streams right along the path. It’s a completely paved, car-free path and there are only a handful of street crossings. Mostly flat with only a few significant inclines (over the southern state parkway, along the LIE service road, and in Bethpage State Park).
