Refused to check out books to my adult cousin with high functioning autism. Library closes at 8 pm according to google. They had her call me half an hour before closing to be picked up and then refused to speak to me about why they refused her service. At 7:57, lights are off, staff is hovering near the doors and they won't open the doors to let me in. They made my cousin leave the books on the counter and come to me. When asked about why she was refused service, the older gentleman aggressively insisted they are closed. I couldnt help but feel my cousin was targeted due to her disability and because she is visibly Muslim. Read moreFacility is very nice. They show love and care towards the library resulting in a clean and nice looking building. It is very quiet and you will find yourself lost in a very well developed variety of books. There is a cafe downstairs where you can eat and drink as well as a little book shop where you can purchase books for a few dollars. The kids section is very nice as well. It tends to get busy but it is fine. The staff are very nice and you will find a great selection of kids books and movies. This is probably one of the nicer libraries I have visited and recommend...
