VIP should mean more than an upstairs lounge, soggy chicken tenders, and being forced to sit in the front row. There was plenty of room on the balcony to sit quite a few people. They even had the sort of seats and tables needed for this. Lower in the front and taller in the back. But we were headed out of the balcony area and forced to sit in the front row that was so close we were constantly swapping our heads left to right to try to see everything.

There are better arrangements that could have been used. Better treatment of people willing to pay more for it should also be reevaluated. Overall, these minor gripes will not prevent us from returning.

I hope for improvement....

Went to the Eagles concert last night. Had a reserved table for eight. Got there and our table was given away. Had already pre-paid for the table. They did nothing to accommodate us, other than a refund. Met numerous other people that the same thing happened to. They did not put reserve signs or table numbers on any of the tables. It was a simple fix, and they should have asked the party that was at our table to move, but they did not. ruined our entire day as we had to cut our afternoon short to get there on time and make other plans.
