The Barn On Prairie — Attraction in Town of Rock

Visited here for a get together for a funeral. Very nice facility. Bartender was very friendly and smiles. She was efficient with her service. Restrooms were clean. Plenty of parking. Clean facility. Plenty of sitting room for everyone and I know we had well over 100 people! They had a guest book out to showcase wedding venues there and as I looked through the photographs the decor was so beautiful and elegantly arranged! They also have an upstairs, we were in downstairs only but it is set up to host very large parties or smaller ones. It is right off the highway so convince at it’s best! A big red barn is hard to miss. Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out of parking lot. There is also room outside to enjoy the beautiful sunny day and get out of the crowd for a bit. Overall it was a very pleasant experience for such a terrible reason for the gathering. May he rest in peace and know he will be remembered for the rest of our days and thanks for bringing us all together to remember you. One last thing in ending this they also had televisions (more then one) to display pictures and videos through out the gathering which is another plus to have the family in remembrance of our loved one! This is a new venue, and just what Janesville needed. It's a gorgeous space large enough for grand reception, with two smaller spaces for more intimate events. The ground level has a beautiful white light space and a barn wood area with a bar. The upstairs is grand and is perfect for a wedding reception with It's high ceilings and these two huge wrought iron lights that give such great character to the room. There's also a bar upstairs. The venue has white chairs and tables, and two really cool barn wood tables. There's also a small building next door which is a bridal suite to get ready in which is perfect for getting ready on site. WOW, just WOW! If your looking for a barn with a modern touch, this is it! This venue was absolutely everything we could've dreamed of. The venue was accommodating for each and everyone of our guests,, including those who are handicapped. A stair lift was available for use, as well as bathrooms in each part of the venue. Also, Brittany, the manager, was amazing every step of the way. She helped our day be the best day of our lives! She was able to answer all of our questions and provide suggestions for us!
