I strongly warn anyone considering Urbanebox — do NOT waste your money. This has been one of the most frustrating subscription services I’ve ever used.

They repeatedly got the style and sizes completely wrong, even after we gave them clear feedback and sizing info. We gave them multiple chances to fix it — and sent several messages and even photos — but they refused to take responsibility or offer a refund.

Instead of owning their mistake, they gave us the runaround and basically had us return the items under our dime, kept the products with no refund or shipping reimbursement. This is not personalized styling — it’s a cash grab.

Bottom line: Poor customer service, no accountability, no refunds, and terrible execution. You’re better off picking clothes blindfolded at a clearance rack. Steer clear...
