Jacob's Well Church — Attraction in Town of Seymour

Our family has been going to Jacob's Well for just a few weeks now, and the start of our journey has already inspired us profoundly. To be precise, for you who review this, let me share a few things that I feel would be helpful to you, regardless of what your current feelings are about your personal faith.

First, don't let the large campus intimidate you. You walk into the building and you feel happiness and positive energy. You cannot help but notice it and it feels good. You know that they mean it when they say all are welcome.

Second, the message shared during worship are down to earth and applicable. Due to a new puppy, our family has had to go to different services and one of the things that has been wonderful after we've all gone is talking about what we learned. Great new discussions that are bringing our family closer to Jesus through our actions, and also helping us to develop a stronger relationship with Our Maker.

Third, this is more a bit of advice. Just breathe in and accept that something positive and feel good can happen for you here. Even if you are forced to confront a personal challenge or two as a result, you'll be able to do so with clearer perspective and positive energy flowing through you.

Our family loves this church for a number of reasons. 1. They truly meet you where you are at on our spiritual journey. 2. They have the most amazing staff. 3. They have an exceptional kids program for all ages of children. And 4. We actively learn how to be a better human without the condemnation of others to be so. I love this church and so do hundreds of others in our community. When we first arrived 5 years ago our marriage was failing and it was in that time the topic discussed was how to become better at our relationships and with God. It was impeccable timing.
