Very nice historical place in Ticonderoga, NY. I was given a golden token to access this place by car when I bought my admissions ticket for fort ticonderoga. But when I got here I did not have to use the token because the gate lifted automatically. Be careful as you drive up to the top as some cars are driving down. They have an area where you can park and then you walk to the top. There is an observation deck up there. Beautiful views of the sorrounding areas. Read moreI was glad to pay the ten dollars to go up this mountain. Was not happy when I came to the sign that said no cars beyond this point. I am handicapped and can't walk over 15 feet without sitting down. The steep hill in front of me to get to the top was impossible for me to go up. So, I paid ten dollars to sit in my car listening to people come down and tell me it was beautiful at the top. So, I left very broken hearted. Maybe I should ask for a refund.
