A quiet and secluded spot. The grass is mown. It's fairly clean. There are several parking spaces. The lawn is not very large, with a few tables and grills. The grills aren't very clean, with a lot of ash. Some people were fishing. The atmosphere is pleasant, and overall I recommend this place.

The park offers grills and picnic tables so you can go with your family. Even throw a fishing line in and see what you can catch. We had our wedding here on Sunday and it was beautiful and incredibly quiet, you hear nothing but the nature around you.

This is tough for me, because on the basis of beauty I want to give it 5 stars. But Warwick needs to do a better job of controlling the use of this place. There are too many people who use this as an ad hoc event space for an outdoor party. NOT what someone wants when they come here for a quiet afternoon fishing...

Peaceful park with lake and a few walking paths. Perfect for beginning/occasional kayakers. Saw a bald eagle, blue heron, and a pair of cormorants just yesterday. The prison complex is being developed, but the razor wire is still there in places. This will be a beautiful mult-use...
