As far as dispensaries in the area, this one takes the cake. They have the best products. I feel comfortable using their vapes because I know they are real. The staff is friendly and professional. It’s not the owners personal hangout where all their friends are. They help you with deals and you can go there and they aren’t just going to recommend their most expensive stuff. They are really a diamond in the rough* update* as of now I want to drop them a star. They still have the best vapes around but I’ve noticed they really push the more expensive products. What I mean is when they run out of a popular strain or flavor, it seems they dont order anymore from that company until ALL of the stock is gone. But they seem to have endless supplies of the untrimmed flower. ALL these dispensaries are doing this. They sell you untrimmed flower and expect you to pay for grass. OR pay more for exotic that isn’t even exotic, it’s just trimmed and cured correctly. The legal Marijuanna Industry is rigged against consumer and seller alike. It’s very hard to Maintain a habit when anything even smokeable is starting at 60 dollars an eighth. Then they ADD more tax and service fee so that eighth is closer to 80$. Then you go to their events and they hand out stickers and candy, like we haven’t just spent almost 10,000$ with you guys in the past six months. You ask the people in the stores about weed and they really don’t know that much because they can’t hire anyone with a criminal record or at least that’s what they all tell me. And every promotion or deal goes to people that work in the weed industry. Never for consumers.And this is every legal dispensary. This is the best of a bad situation. They do have quality here and if they sell you something bad they will take it back.Also the one guy that has worked there since they have opened , I don’t know his name but he always remembers our name and what we buy. He’s very good. But all in all it’s getting exhausting having to return things after you spend so much money with a place and never getting any kind of deal and again this is every legal dispensary.* this place is a rip off now. They have gotten ride of most of their original staff-at least the ones I see in the front. Prices are sky high and a lot of the stuff is sub par. i really wanted to give this place 5 stars for my favorite budtenders joe and gabriella from the botanist they are welcoming knowledgable and set a vibe in the store that makes me want to come in everyday just to say hi. They have been in this industry for a while and know EXACTLY what they are talking about. If the dont know something they are honest snd find out for me always! THATS SERVICE!! unfortunately the last two times ive gone aura has helped me and i just want to say that he made me so uncomfortable. he kept saying he was related to the owners making everyone feel less than… he kept the change that i was supposed to get back for himself which is stealing because i wanted my change back and he just kept it…. this was after i heard that the staff cant take tips so i dont understand why this man child is taking tips or working here when he is stealing. thats something teens do in a grocery store not at the first dispensary in orange county. All he had to say about the flower was gas and fire. He put random things in my cart and said hey is the price without telling me what im even getting or explaining product. he knows nothing and is more than rude. the positive reviews on this man is a joke. He made my girlfriend feel stupid AND also kept her $13 change for himself. he is going to run this business to the ground and make the owners look bad. but he is related so i bet they let it slide and treat him better than everyone else that works there. the only people im the store that are behind the counter that have REAL KNOWLEDGE AND KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE is the girl with the fun colored hair, joe and gabriella. those three are the only people anyone should be asking for help. they wont steal your money or pressure you into buying anything just to make a sale they care about your experience and wont lead you wrong.
