Iām not going to even review the food. I want to write about the atrocious customer service I received from this place on Friday 11/26. First time ordering from this establishment and I ordered off their Facebook page. I placed a large order and when my son returned and I looked at receipt the prices were totally different t than posted on their site. I called and spoke with the manager and explained to him the situation and his reply was you are arguing with me about six dollars. No sir I am arguing with you about over 20 dollars in differences. Your response is I have 80000 menus and not going to reprint them and canāt change prices on Facebook. So we go back and forth and he will not refund my money. While I understand prices have gone up it should be posted properly. By the way your online ordering app which I am sure you could easily change the prices is wrong too!! He even gave with my Togo order a takeout menu with much lower prices then I was charged!!! So what their prices can change any day with no way of your customers to know what they are being charged that day?!?!? Word of mouth is the best advertisement and you will get no good advertisement from me. Pretty funny next day you post about how you had to change prices and blah blah blah. This isnāt judging or making a false claim. Itās a fact that you werenāt wearing a mask. Itās a fact that wearing a mask provides minimal protection to the wearer, rather, masks provide protection to everyone else. Which you have failed to do by failing to wear a mask.
Also, it is mandated in NY that restaurant workers (and all workers as far as Iām aware) wear a mask on the job and especially while indoors. If you disagree, please review the laws regarding Covid.
Regardless, stay home if you say you cannot wear a mask. Your asthma is not an excuse nor a valid reason to not wear a mask at work. However, it is a valid reason to stay home from work.

When making my plate I noticed the garlic knots and the side of ranch for my chicken wings missing, no biggie, I'll just call them back and let them know. Only if it was that simple. I call back the lady tries to give me a discount the next time I come. I'm not from the area so I tell her I would just like my food. She says ok and tells me to give her 30 minutes. That's fine. I wait an hour and a half , no delivery driver no food. I call back and her and the delivery driver tell me they came already. I tell her that he definitely did not and the driver gets on the phone and says he did also. Then the counter lady calls my fiance a faget once he gets on the phone to tell the driver he's a lier. The owner Carlos calls me and really doesn't apologize for his counter ladies unprofessionalism but does offer the food to be delivered. What an attitude , over garlic knots, smh....
