While this was not on my list of places to go to, it was something my wife was adamant about visiting. We were heading eastbound from a 3 week rv trip, and she wanted me to take her. Since her happiness is all that matters, I planned the stop. We left the rv in a target parking lot in the bustling city of Jackson, TN and took our tow vehicle and beloved dog Gina, and drove the 25 miles to Trenton, Tn. We parked directly in front of the museum, which is connected to the towns police department. We entered and saw over 600, 16th, and 17th century porcelain teapots collected by a local doctor who traveled extensively. They were an interesting collection of a bygone era, and I, for one, am very glad my wife deeply appreciated the time, expense, and dedication to preserve this exquisite collection that this small town is centered around. They were interesting but no information describing the pots, where they were from or the era they were from. One interesting fact is, if building is closed, you can go next door to the police department or fire department and they will unlock the door for you 🤗.
