I purchased my sofa and a chair for my rarely used living room in 2016 and slowly, the back cushions decreased in their fluff volume and the woven fabric has frayed. When I brought my issues to the clerk/owner, Their reply was phrased to make me feel like I was trying to swindle them. One phrase was “I’m sorry that’s happened to you;” After which I was almost “dismissed” with a look that said “what do you want me to do about it?” Like I was supposed to recommend a solution for a store that’s been open for decades?

I really wanted to shop local, but this store is so run down and overpriced for the quality level, that I won’t be back. The basement was actually flooded when I went to look at the chairs on the lower level. Isn’t that against building codes?

For the price level, I’d expect to see a better staging of the furniture and an attractive store front window display, visual display of accessories, and...

My mother wanted to purchase a lift chair they had a nice selection, but to my surprise she was purchasing it for me! Wow! The associate who help us was very polite friendly answered all our questions even told us that it could be delivered the next day as they would be in my area ! The delivery men were quick polite asked if we had any questions before they left . I would highly recommend this store even if you are just looking ....
