Just because you have turf under the structure (on top of rubber, multiplying the difficulty), does not mean this is an accessible park. There's even a severe incline at the edge of the structure turf, seeming to keep wheel users out. A child using a wheelchair or mobility device can't possibly get on top of the turf alone and if they do with help, they are in danger of losing control and rolling down the incline and tipping over, at any time during the visit. From what I could see, there isn't a single thing on or around the area that would be considered accessible, except the walkways and probably parking.
