🛝 Park weather is finally here and we love trying new parks! One of our favorite local parks to visit is Jaycee Park in Troy, Michigan. Are you lookong for new parks to visit in Metro Detroit? #metrodetroit #detroit #troy #parks #playground #playgrounds #detroit

Jaycee park is my favorite park because it’s always clean and cared for well. Two Playgrounds are nice for kids surrounded by trees and easy accesses to bathrooms. The city of Troy just opened a new trail that has really nice charm to it. Place to fill bike tires and tools to fix bikes. Recycling is also available. Plenty of benches for picnics. Plenty of parking spaces. The city of Troy just made all the bathrooms in the park heated and all have hot water.

Nice clean park. Shelter rental is over 250 plus a security deposit. There is a softball field and other play areas for family and friends to enjoy. Troy recommend department has a lot of rules and fees so be prepared especially if you want a function with beer or wine

Jaycee Park in Troy is a delightful community space that offers a range of amenities perfect for families, sports enthusiasts, and anyone looking to enjoy the outdoors. The park is well-maintained, with clean, green lawns and plenty of shade provided by mature trees.

One of the standout features of Jaycee Park is its playground, which is well-equipped and safe for children of various ages. Parents can relax on nearby benches while keeping an eye on their little ones. Additionally, the park boasts several sports facilities, including basketball courts, tennis courts, and open fields for soccer or frisbee.

The walking trails are ideal for a leisurely stroll or a brisk walk, and they are also pet-friendly, making it a great spot for dog owners. Picnic areas with tables and grills provide a perfect setting for family gatherings or a casual outdoor meal.

Parking is convenient and ample, and the restrooms are generally clean and accessible. The park's layout is thoughtful, allowing for both active recreation and peaceful relaxation. Overall, Jaycee Park is a wonderful asset to the Troy community, offering something for...

They show the handi symbol but it is unclear how this park is handicap accessible, at all. Just because you have turf under the structure (on top of rubber, multiplying the difficulty), does not mean this is an accessible park. There's even a severe incline at the edge of the structure turf, seeming to keep wheel users out. A child using a wheelchair or mobility device can't possibly get on top of the turf alone and if they do with help, they are in danger of losing control and rolling down the incline and tipping over, at any time during the visit. From what I could see, there isn't a single thing on or around the area that would be considered accessible, except the walkways and probably parking. Handicap parking spaces are law, so they have to have those. Being an inclusive city that wants to help all experience joy is more of a...

there's many different play areas and I think it's okay because it is really dirty in the cargo pulpit should have fake grass but I think it's fun and they do have bathrooms with the bathroom from the cleanest so you really shouldn't go in them cuz they're not the cleanest. There's a playground for younger kids sort of older kids and then older older. And there's like a baseball field and soccer field and a kickball field. But all in all it's pretty fun and you can meet new people. Just...
