She tuned into my personal fitness needs with care and provided insightful training and nutrition guidance. We worked closely and made meaningful progress in my transformation journey significantly changing my body composition to be the best I have had. I especially loved her group practices focused on mind-body connectionāthey were incredibly powerful. Her tremendous broad skill set and commitment to "progress over perfection" truly resonated with me.

I found that trainer in Andre (and his team) at Troy City Fitness! He has a very strict but doable regimen that holds me extremely accountable for my daily routines. He coaches you through counting macros, charting your foods, and keeping logs of your exercises. There is an app that is very user friendly that you can access your workouts on at any time.
Last year I followed a strict program to get back in shape, and I got pregnant after my weight loss. My progress photos looked incredible, counting macros became a habit and I started documenting my progress through weekly videos and noticed positive changes very quickly.
TCF Trainers are THE BEST! I have had the pleasure of working with every single trainer personally and they are always so professional and encouraging and push you to where they know you can go.. They always motivate you to keep going and truly want to help you achieve your own personal goals/gains. They also modify your workouts if need be and always have great modifications! (I modify for my knee and ankle and now my core because Iām postpartum 3 months)
