If I could give a zero star review, I would. I would like to share our experience with you. I purchased tickets in advance online, showed up and was told that I needed to purchase adult tickets to enter and supervise our 12 year old children, totaling an additional $60. I asked if a full price ticket was needed if we weren’t tubing. The person working there, said yes. I asked if he could share feedback with management that that seems outrageous. I then said that we would purchase one adult ticket and the other adult would wait outside. He then accused me of yelling at him which was far from the case and he said that we were not welcome here and refunded our money!!!! Flat out rude, arrogant with zero level of customer service. I am so disappointed and cannot recommend this...
Read moreI was debating whether to give his 4 stars, but I'm going to put it at 5 because the kid loved it--isn' t that the important thing? I was debating because it seemed little smaller than I thought, but maybe they're looking to expand the grounds later on. There were two donut runs and two sled lanes. But I guess you can have snow ball fights off to the side. It's a good alternative to actually going to a ski resort with a lift. I just thought there would be more things to do. Read moreTube track is a fraction of what it was hence the rating. Tube ride was shortened to maybe 50 yards, 1 right turn. Costs more for much less. There are better free locations around Tahoe. The pro is they provide the tubes and sleds and tracks for a gentle interaction with gravity. The cost of the ticket more than pays for a few sleds. Sadly lame shadow of what it once was. Good for really young kids, quick route to boredom...
