You can access the tower from a trail . Go to the Radar building fence and go around the fence to the left. There is a trail on left, not far walk at all. Nice tower.

Off the path and maybe a questionable choice on getting there, but worth the short trek. You may have to park about .5 mile away if there is a roadblock, but not a big deal. The path following the left of the gov fence is starting to get a little overgrown. More than one path out exists, so pay attention to...

You can't access this tower because there are "No Trespassing Government Property " signs, but you can view it from, the Cape Cod Highland...
