1st time there, traveling 3hours to Beres show last time. The staff answering phones were extremely rude from the first of many phone calls inquiring about show. While in route called again and lady said we sold out and parking lot 100% full and for us to “turn around” and go home with adjoining laughter in back ground, then click! Grrrrrrr I was in tears! When I finally arrived the parking lot was maybe half full and tent was barely 60% capacity. I was absolutely shocked and couldn’t believe volunteers that wanna be there, act bothered and never received any friendly smiles from staff. From bartenders, door people and security. Read moreWe had our first show at Payomet. Steel Pulse had their inagural show and put on a wonderful event. The entry is highly organized and structured. You arrive and need to follow the parking rules. Entry is structured and efficient. Everyone is so friendly. There is a bar and porto lets. Inside, it's rustic and open air. The host introduced the act, first honoring with acknowledgment of traditional land of the Wompanoags. The band came on 8:20. They ended 10 PM. Their entertainment was top level.
