George Mehl Family Foothills Park — Attraction in Tucson

I typically never leave reviews however I felt the urge after having read the latest one.. I suppose common decency and respect are both things this lady has clearly never gotten the memo of. First of, I have a small dog myself so i'm well aware of the park rules that clearly state that dogs must be held on the leash (for a good reason). Now whether someone's capable of reading and understanding a simple park rule, that's none of my business however i don't accept people bashing and disrespecting public employees for simply doing their job. I've met the park employee in question myself multiple times. Kind, humble and caring guy who's just out there doing his job. Always respectful and i've never had any issues with him nor had he expressed any over me or my dog. I've never seen him in any way harass any people, quite the opposite. Often seen him have quick chats with other happy park visitors so to call this guy a "creep", "weirdo" and "menace" is quite possible the dumbest comment i've read under public reviews in a long time. This lady in question who's left the despicable review fits the classic description of a Karen who's clearly got nothing better to do than publicly harass another human being (ironic, given she claimed the guy constantly harasses her). I'm deeply sorry for the guy, knowing he's likely having to deal with people like her on a daily basis. There’s a crazy overweight bearded guy who thinks it’s his job to harass people, been getting harassed by him for two years. He came at me for my dogs being off leash when they were already back in my vehicle they had been out for maybe 10 seconds. He said he’s doing his job (no you’re harassing me everytime I’m alone) This man is a menace & harasses people every chance he gets. He is the only recreational parks employee at any park in Tucson who gets off on being mean to people. He’s driven past me while I was in the dog park making snarky comments & smiling & waving at me. I am disgusted with how this guy acts, he would lose his MIND if he saw the dogs that come into the park as soon as his shift ends off leash. This guy is a total creep & it’s a surprise he would be an employee for the city it’s a total embarrassment. Not sure how to pronounce Mehl. The slide was cool- produced static which was not exciting for the lady on the bench. Oh well. The basketball courts were good to sing the opening theme song to fresh prince of bell air. I went back at night to see if it had good evening vibes.
