Centennial Park — Attraction in Tulare

Fire ants absolutely everywhere, at night it becomes infested with big cockroaches, some that fly, the perfectly functional bathrooms are locked until there aren't anymore homeless people I guess, and to many weeds that hurt your feet if you walk in the grass barefoot, oh and there is a sign on the tennis courts that specifically says "TENNIS ONLY'' EXCEPT I always see people throwing bean bags, like it's a real hardcore competitive sport, they had specialty bean bag throwing gear...is it a sport? City of tulare parks and rec should be ashamed of themselves, turning off all water and restricting use of restrooms, knowing full well the homeless are camped there in this heat. One man died in his tent from heat exhaustion, and dehydration, but you won't hear about that..nor will you read an article about all the naps they take there in their city...

This is not a public park as the rest room s are closed and available only when events happen. There is a youth club nearby and picnic chair and tables available. Water was also not available in the park and we definitely found it difficult especially when we came here after a long...
