I was ignored. Just got out of grocery outlet to get a simple bag of potatoes thats in the very front i noticed the customer in register 1 leaving so i went straight to the register Heidi who was the worst ever cashier did NOT say hello or even look at me!! She was busy in the conversation behind her that was her mother and a customer. She turned around smiled and said hi to the other customer then proceded to scan my bag of potatoes. She did not tell me my total, i saw the screen and handed her 5$ she then took it and said only "3.01". She then turned around again because he mom called her and i was there waiting for my recipt. She still turned around and continued smiling to the customer behind her i stayed and waited then a few seconds later asked for my recipt and i got it. But she had at least 3 others still attached to mine. I HAD TO ASK FOR MY RECIPT "Can i please have my recipt?". I am so upset, was it because im a young latina or was it beacause my looks did she not acknowledge me? I will be calling later today but as of now anyone can email me. I am very disapointed in todays service for a quick shop i wss ignored and not satisfied from there...

When my son nd I walk in with our bags in there baskets they look at us like we're are thief' s nd follow us around like one too. I have confronted them nd they make up excuses. When we go to check out I have even shown them my bags nd told then I don't like being followed like I'm gonna steal your stuff. There response was you could leave your bags with us nd take your personal stuff out. I'm not going to do that how am I to shop with my hands full. Plus why should I have too. I'm not going to risk my son nd myself going to jail for anything. It just makes me so mad. There rude because you speak up...

She completely ignores me every single time I get her. She greets the customer before me and behind me. But I apparently don't exist. Even when I thank her, I get nothing but silence in return and my receipt handed to me rudely. I've seen other reviews that had mentioned Heidi having bad customer service. Maybe it's a sign for you to train your employees better in customer service. If they just don't have the ability to provide great service then maybe you should hire...
