I stopped in the Starbucks during my lunch break to grab coffee and a quick bite. In business clothes and well groomed, they would not provide me the bathroom code and insisted they had to open the door for me. The bathroom was occupied by one of the employees and I had to wait outside, they told me to wait for the employee to come out and the door is open which I refuse to stand outside the bathroom waiting for somebody to come out just to grab the door. Was done eating. I asked them to give me the bathroom code again so I could use it and they refused and open the door for me. The employee was rude and not understanding the inconvenience or ridiculousness of not providing a bathroom code to somebody who is obviously a customer on their lunch break. And not a homeless person or vagrant. This is the first time I’ve ever been to a Starbucks where they refused to provide you the bathroom code as a paying customer. There seem to be a lot of homeless in the area which I’m sure is why they don’t want to give out the code, but they should be able to use common sense on their eyeballs to determine when somebody appears to be...
Read moreI am not very impressed. Out of all the Starbuck I have been to, this one is always the worst. I have ordered food and it came out burnt a few times. The food is always late. I typically have to wait an extra 10 minutes just for the food. I have had to ask that my drink be fixed many times too. I usually get these responses: "Sorry, mobile orders don't always show up." or "Oh. You want me to fix that?" (Yes... I would like my order to be correct.... Sorry for asking for a normal menu item without modifications and for some reason you added whip cream...) I have also had issue with the mobile ordering. The store is supposed to tell them what items they run out of so that it is not available on the app. However, they do not notify them so I have ordered things a few times and walked in to be handed a different drink. They didn't even bother to tell me they were out of the item I ordered and just hoped I wouldn't notice by handing me a...
Read moreIf you are a partner with Starbucks you would understand that with the holiday launch there is going to be long lines at pretty much any Starbucks. Just because you do not get greeted within the first 5 seconds upon getting to the speaker does not mean that a barista doesn't want to greet you. For being a partner you seem to not understand that when you get to the speaker all baristas know you are at the box and are either most likely busy doing another task, hence why they ask you kindly to wait or do not instantly greet you. At some point they greet you whether it is at the speaker or the window. This location is great and I love the staff that works extremely hard and they do not earn enough to deal with the constant "Karens" they get everyday. I can't believe I just read that complaint of a review because they had to wait. This location has excellent staff and is honestly the better out of the...
